Norton Rose Fulbright advises Warburg-HIH Invest on acquisition of Atrium Office in Darmstadt

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate on the acquisition of the “Atrium Office” from GbR Biskupek, Scheinert, Kolb, Börder in Darmstadt, Germany.

Refurbished in 2018 and 2020, the property at Hilpertstraße 20a, also includes 330 car parking spaces. The main tenant of the five-storey office building is the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (Bima) on behalf of the main customs office with approx. 7,000 m². Tenants also include a laboratory equipment supplier VWR International with 5,000 m².
